РусскийThe main task of the RII is to ensure efficient management for the elaboration, implementation and development of research and innovation policies and strategies at the MSU, as well as to provide assistance, advice and logistical support to the members of the university scientific community in order to obtain and carry out research-innovation projects and of higher doctoral studies.
The ICI mission:
- Promoting state policy in the field of fundamental and applied sciences in accordance with the strategic directions for developing the field of science and ensuring the strengthening of the interconnection between science and education; training students, masters and doctoral students in research, supporting young scientific researchers; conducting international research collaboration
- Participation at the elaboration and promotion of the state policy in the sphere of the natural, exact, social and humanistic sciences of fundamental and applicative character, in accordance with the strategic directions of development of the field of science and innovation in order to develop and capitalize the university scientific potential, to increase the degree of integration in national and international research structures
- Scientific assurance, through the production of new knowledge and technologies, the development of the MSU research fields and profiles
- Involving and supporting the young scientific researchers, as students, masters and doctoral researchers
- Promoting policies for training young scientific-didactical staff and motivating them for the scientific and educational career
- Ensuring the application and execution of the Institutional Regulation for the organization and functioning of the doctoral studies programs at MSU, the administrative-organizational assurance of the studies in cycle III (PhD)
- Conducting international research collaboration
- Ensuring the consolidation of the interconnection education-research-innovation, carrying out the activities of promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship within the Innovation Incubator “Inventica USM” and the Technological Transfer Office of the University.
